Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial statements through accounting analysis, account reconciliations, and monthly closing processes. The analyst will work closely with local and global teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies, participating in audits and developing financial reports.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in Shared Services environments or multinational companies.
  • Macros in Excel.
Must Have:
  • Perform accounting analysis and account reconciliations.
  • Execute and supervise monthly accounting closing processes.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in accounting accounts.
  • Work with Finance teams to improve accounting processes and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports.
  • Collaborate in the automation and optimization of accounting processes.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial consolidation or auditing functions.
  • Advanced English.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards.
  • Handling of accounting ERPs (SAP, Oracle, or others).
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience in process automation and financial reporting tools.
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial statements through accounting analysis, account reconciliations, and monthly closing processes. You will work closely with local and global teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting analysis and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Execute and supervise monthly accounting closing processes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in accounting accounts, ensuring proper documentation and justification of adjustments.
  • Work in conjunction with Finance teams and other areas to improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP regulations.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing the required information and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, ensuring transparency and reliability of information.
  • Collaborate in the automation and optimization of accounting processes within the Services Business Center.

Requirements

Education and experience

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial consolidation or auditing functions.
  • Experience in Shared Services environments or multinational companies (desirable).
  • Advanced English

Technical knowledge

  • Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards.
  • Handling of accounting ERPs (SAP, Oracle, or others).
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, desirable macros).
  • Experience in process automation and financial reporting tools.
