CyberArk is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to contribute their expertise, enthusiasm, and drive to the team. The role involves supporting CyberArk's AWS infrastructure and software, focusing on measuring and managing the reliability and performance of SaaS environments. The engineer will also be responsible for developing automation to prevent issues from recurring, utilizing tools like CloudFormation, Helm, Kubernetes, Terraform, Salt, and Ansible. Ensuring cloud-based architectures meet availability and recoverability requirements, implementing AWS best practices, and utilizing monitoring and alerting tools such as PagerDuty, CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog, and OpenSearch will be key responsibilities. The role also includes responding to production incidents and participating in on-call rotations.
Must have:
- Support CyberArk’s AWS infrastructure and software.
- Measure and manage SaaS environment reliability and performance.
- Use cloud configuration and deployment tools.
- Ensure cloud-based architectures meet availability needs.
- Implement AWS best practices, monitoring, alerting, observability.
- Respond to production incidents and on-call rotations.

- Support CyberArk’s AWS infrastructure and software
- Measure and manage the reliability and performance of SaaS environments as well as work on building automation to prevent problem reoccurrence
- Use cloud configuration management, deployment and compliance tools such as CloudFormation, Helm, Kubernetes, Terraform, Salt and Ansible across both Windows and Linux environments
- Ensure cloud-based architectures meet availability and recoverability requirements
- Implement AWS best practices, cloud-based monitoring, alerting, and observability - PagerDuty, CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog and OpenSearch
- Support and guide tooling initiatives that enhance team output and reliability
- Develop and continuously improve automation of manual processes
- Work with engineering and product teams to identify areas of improvement
- Respond to production incidents and participate in on-call rotations
