Mercer Deutschland is looking for support for their Wealth Team in Dusseldorf as a Werkstudent:in Knowledge Management (m/w/d). The role involves providing administrative support to the Knowledge Management team, maintaining and developing the knowledge database, evaluating newsletters and websites for the weekly internal newsletter, and conducting other research tasks. The ideal candidate should be a student in a mathematical, technical, or economic science program. They should have some practical experience, be team-oriented, possess initiative, be proficient with MS Office, and have very good German and ideally good English language skills.

- Currently enrolled student in a relevant field.
- Some experience from similar commercial activities is an advantage.
- Team-oriented and willing to take initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Very good German and ideally good English skills.

- Administrative Unterstützung des Knowledge-Management-Teams
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Wissensdatenbank (derzeit auf Sharepoint-Basis)
- Auswertung von Newslettern und Internetseiten für unseren wöchentlichen internen Newsletter
- Sonstige Recherchearbeiten
Das macht Dich aus:
- Ordentlich eingeschriebene/r Student*in einem mathematischen, technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang (Idealerweise Studienanfänger, da wir Werkstudierende für einen längeren Zeitraum suchen)
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen aus ähnlichen kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten sind von Vorteil
- Teamorientierung, Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Routinierte Arbeitsweise im Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
