Job Description

Marsh is seeking a Client Advisor for their Risk Management team in Birmingham. The role involves collaborating with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by managing contract reviews, midterm changes, and leveraging strategic information. The Client Advisor will manage all aspects of account servicing, including queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments for large accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams is crucial for delivering exceptional service and fostering growth. The role also requires providing technical support for complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutual understanding, and staying informed on market conditions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Must have:
  • Previous experience in commercial, risk management, or corporate insurance.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confidence in advising and negotiating.
Good to have:
  • Corporate account handling experience.
  • Ability to carry out risk assessments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence in advising, negotiating, and building relationships
