Job Description
This role involves studio engineering duties for our in-house studio. You will be responsible for engineering tasks in both 2D and 3D, specifically in recordings and live broadcasts. Your responsibilities will include technical design for program distribution in collaboration with the program production team, operation and technical direction of audio and video systems during preparation and on the day of the broadcast, audio, video, and distribution operation during broadcasts, management and operation of the in-house studio, and personnel management. Required software includes Motive/Motionbuilder, Unity, Adobe Premiere, and OBS.
Good To Have:
- Studio experience in the VTuber industry
- Experience with optical motion capture
- Experience in shooting and recording with cameras
- Distribution experience
- Practical experience with video and audio consoles
- Network knowledge
- Loud voice
Must Have:
- Experience in operating video and audio systems (system operation and operation in live distribution projects with multiple people)
- Knowledge of related equipment and software

必須スキル
- 映像、音声システム運営の経験
（複数人出演の、ライブ配信案件でのシステム運用とオペレーション) - 関連機材、ソフトウェアに関する知識
歓迎スキル
- VTuber業界でのスタジオ実務経験
- 光学式モーションキャプチャー経験
- カメラでの撮影や収録経験
- 配信の経験
