As a VTuber Content Director, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing video and live stream content, coordinating talent-initiated content, managing schedules, procuring creative materials, and handling external communications and SNS account management. This role requires experience in content production direction, external negotiation, and internet-related work.

Must Have

• Plan, direct, and manage video and live stream content production.
• Manage the production of talent-initiated content, communicate with talent, and adjust schedules.
• Procure creative materials, confirm rights, and obtain permissions.
• Communicate, negotiate, and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Manage SNS accounts and plan/edit videos for posting.
