We are recruiting for a "Desk Work" and "Production Progress" position to support the entertainment industry. This role involves a wide range of tasks such as managing contracts and invoices, communicating internally and externally, and supporting content production.

Anticipated Duties
- Desk-related
- Managing contract execution and invoice management
- Handling inquiries and mail
- Liaising and consulting with various internal departments, etc.
- Production-related
- Managing production progress for various content (illustrations, mixing, videos, etc.)
- Communicating with creators and adjusting schedules
- Content review of produced materials (proofreading)
- Supporting merchandise production progress, etc.
Required Skills
- Practical experience in content production progress and schedule management
- Practical experience in analyzing entertainment market and trends
- Deep knowledge and interest in the entertainment industry (music/games/manga/anime)
Welcome Skills
- Practical experience in merchandise planning and production progress
- Proficient in careful and detailed work
- Knowledge and interest in VTubers and YouTube content

Contract Period
Trial period available: 3 months
- During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.

Salary
Annual income 3.504 million JPY to 5.004 million JPY
Monthly salary 292,000 JPY to 417,000 JPY
- Includes deemed overtime pay for 40 hours per month (68,690 JPY to 98,009 JPY).
- Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
- Determined according to company regulations, considering experience and ability.

- 5 minutes walk from Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote Line/Keihin-Tohoku Line / Mita Station on the Toei Mita Line
Working Hours
Flex-time system (Core time 13:00-17:00)
Actual working hours: 8 hours/day (1 hour break)
Holidays
- Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
- 120 annual holidays
- If events fall on weekends, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays may occur.
- In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the end of the following month.
