This role is for a Dance Studio Manager at an established dance academy in Inner North Melbourne, offering high-quality education in a nurturing environment. The manager will lead day-to-day operations, staff, and service delivery across two studio locations. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, supporting programs, managing marketing and budgets, delivering customer service, handling enrolments, and leading staff. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with 3+ years of experience working with children or in a youth-focused setting, possessing strong communication, business, and operational management skills.

Must Have

  • Oversee smooth operations across both studio sites
  • Support programs, events, marketing, and budget tracking
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and manage enrolments
  • Handle staff onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews
  • Lead and support teachers and admin staff with a focus on excellence
  • 3+ years’ experience working with children or in a youth-focused setting

  • Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
