Job Description

This Graphic Designer role at Brave group primarily involves designing merchandise for the company's IP content, ensuring designs reflect the IP's worldview for various fan-facing items. The position also includes creating promotional and event-related creative materials like SNS images, banners, key visuals, and panels. You will join the Production Department within the Corporate Growth Division, benefiting from experienced supervisors and gaining broad design experience across diverse IPs. Career progression opportunities include becoming an Art Director or moving into management.

Job Responsibilities

This is a crucial position that creates various items that reach fans' hands with designs reflecting the IP's worldview. Additionally, you will be involved in creating creative materials for promotions and events.

About the Department

You will be assigned to the Production Department within the Corporate Growth Division.

Experienced supervisors are available, providing an environment where you can improve your skills through design consultations and feedback. As you will be involved with various IPs across the entire group, you can gain a wide range of design experience.

Career Path

As a graphic designer, you can deepen your expertise and aim for career advancement to an Art Director, overseeing branding for the entire group, or to a management position.

Trial period available: 3 months

  • During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.
  • Depending on the selection results, you may be hired as a contract employee.

Salary

Annual income 3.3 million JPY to 4.5 million JPY

Monthly salary: 280,000 JPY to 375,000 JPY

  • The above monthly salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay (71,556 JPY to 95,872 JPY).
  • Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience and ability, according to company regulations.

Working Hours

Flextime system (Core time 13:00-17:00)

  • Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays)
  • 120 annual holidays
  • If events fall on weekends or holidays, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will occur.
  • In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
