As an Event Director for Brave group, you will be responsible for proposing and managing various projects related to live performances and events (mainly offline) for our VTuber-centric businesses. Our mission is to create events that allow fans who support our businesses to experience the themes and worldviews of the VTubers operated by our group and grow to love them even more.

This department is responsible for producing offline events and live performances related to the VTubers operated by our group. We work in collaboration with group companies that manage IP to prepare for events and operate them on the day, aiming to delight fans.

Contract Period
Trial period available: 3 months
*During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.

Salary
Annual income 3.6 million yen to 5.28 million yen
Monthly salary 300,000 yen to 440,000 yen
*Includes deemed overtime pay for 40 hours per month (70,496 yen to 103,405 yen).
*Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
*Salary will be determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.
Working Hours
Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)
Actual working hours: 8 hours/day (1 hour break)

●Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays)

●If events fall on weekends, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will occur.
●In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
