Studio KRAFTON Montreal is seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Studio Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing daily studio operations, ensuring a pleasant and efficient work environment, and acting as the central point of contact for reception and logistics. The coordinator will be the heart of the office, fostering a positive culture through events and support, and collaborating on various studio initiatives.
Must have:
  • Maintain studio organization (supplies, vendors, facilities, workspace)
  • Manage reception, deliveries, visitors, and meeting spaces
  • Act as a resource for office needs, facilitating communication
  • Support positive workplace culture initiatives (snacks, events, onboarding)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, landlord, and service providers
  • Collaborate on workplace improvements and assist leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or an administrative/coordination role
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
  • Bilingual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solver with a resourceful, “make things happen” mindset

Job Description

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful new team member to manage the day-to-day operations of our studio and create a fun and efficient work environment for the entire team. On-site 5 days a week, you will be the main point of contact for the team when it comes to reception, logistics and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the studio.

Beyond daily tasks, this role is truly a mission of pride and strong commitment: you will be the heart & sould of the studio, bringing a positive energy, creating moments of connection, and helping to make the studio a place where everyone enjoys working and coming together.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Keep the studio organized (supplies, vendors, facilities, workspace) partnering with HR and IT departments to ensure studio is running seamlessly.
  • Reception: Manage deliveries, welcome visitors, coordinate meeting spaces, and ensure guests have a smooth experience.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the go-to person for office needs, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that build a positive workplace culture, from organizing daily office snacks & drinks, team events, breakfasts, lunches and celebrations to helping onboard new employees.
  • Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers, landlord & service providers, track expenses, and optimize recurring operational budgets.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on workplace improvements, employee experience programs, or studio-wide initiatives as well as assisting leadership team with different requests.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or an administrative/coordination role.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Bilingual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and people oriented.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a resourceful, “make things happen” mindset.
