As the leader of a successful Integrated Business Planning team within the Digital Enablement department, Emilio Alvarado brings experience from both the industry and consulting. With a career journey that has spanned roles across supply chain consulting, business analysis, and solution architecture, Emilio now focuses on process architecture, project management, and people management to drive impactful solutions and team success. Outside of work, he values the importance of disconnecting and recharging. In his free time, he enjoys learning new things, staying active through various sports, and exploring new destinations through travel.
Participate in SAP IBP implementation projects to improve supply chain planning processes.
Collaborate with clients to understand and address their supply chain needs.
Analyze planning data, identify gaps in the supply chain and areas for improvements.
Configure SAP IBP based on the defined requirements and business processes.
Train and support client teams on effective use of SAP IBP.
Lead an internal team and be a key player on building the next digitalization hub.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and achievements.
Experience with at least one project involving the implementation of SAP IBP is required. However, if you have experience with Kinaxis, OBP, or other supply chain planning tools, please let us know.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
Problem-solving analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills, additional language at B2 level is a huge plus (Czech, Spanish, German, French, Italian).
Willingness and ability to travel (20-40% of time).
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
Experience in other SAP solutions.
Data analysis and reporting.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to take leadership in projects from day one.
