This Supply Chain Engineer role at TVH involves providing technical leadership to optimize supply chain processes and enhance distribution efficiency. The position requires developing accurate demand forecasts, building and maintaining supply plans, and coordinating with various teams to align capabilities with demand. Key responsibilities include optimizing inventory, resolving stock issues, leveraging data analytics for KPIs, leading regional S&OP cycles, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Must have:
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build and maintain supply plans that support demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, product, and procurement teams.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance service, cost efficiency, and working capital.
  • Identify and resolve potential stock shortages or overages.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor KPIs, track trends, and support decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison between operations, commercial, finance, and leadership teams to lead regional S&OP cycles.
  • Communicate updates and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing planning tools, processes, and supply chain performance.
  • Take ownership of personal development through ongoing learning and staying current with supply chain trends and technologies.

Supply Chain Engineer

Provides technical leadership and support for supply chain initiatives by designing and optimizing processes that enhance distribution efficiency and meet business objectives. Collaborates cross-functionally with teams across the organization to improve supply chain performance and ensure alignment with customer and operational expectations.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to align business planning.
  • Build and maintain supply plans that support demand forecasts, adjusting proactively to internal and external changes.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, product, and procurement teams to align supply capabilities with demand.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance service, cost efficiency, and working capital objectives.
  • Identify and resolve potential stock shortages or overages to ensure availability and minimize risk.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor KPIs, track trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison between operations, commercial, finance, and leadership teams to lead regional S&OP cycles.
  • Communicate updates and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us, you need:

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational or industrial organization
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred — preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing S&OP processes involving large volumes of parts/products across multiple locations, channels, or business units
  • Hands-on experience with demand planning: building forecasts, collaborating with teams, analyzing forecast bias/error, and driving improvements
  • Experience developing and executing supply plans while identifying and resolving constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to manage working capital and contribute to cost and service optimization
  • Strong leadership experience or potential; able to mentor others and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge constructively and influence key stakeholders
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
