YOUR ROLE

As a Supply Chain Management Intern in our Advance Purchasing Team you’ll gain practical experience in communication with suppliers, business-related tasks, data collection, analysis and reporting, providing valuable experience the automotive industry's supply chain. We expect candidate who support or activity with trust and transparency and based on good relationships. Your job will be interesting as we work in multicultural environment and focus on continuous development in quality area.

In your daily job you will:

• Support SCM Team with sending RFQs and analysis of benchmarks
• Support SCM team ensuring capacity confirmation across suppliers base
• Cooperation with plants across EMEA
• Create, issue and maintain frame contracts with the supplier base according to SCM policies and procedures
• closing Suppliers Change Requests in SAP Ariba portal
• coordinating documentation database (GSD)
• Create, issue and maintain activities according to SCM policies and procedures

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Independence and communication skills are required
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Basic knowledge of Power BI
• Student status
• Availability - minimum 20 h per week
• English skills (preferably B2 or higher)
