Job Description

As a Senior Support Analyst, you will provide high-level technical assistance to clients using the Tasy healthcare information system. You will manage complex issues, ensure service excellence, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients. Key responsibilities include advanced incident support, investigating technical problems, coordinating with development teams, documenting solutions, and mentoring junior analysts.

Must Have:
  • Provide advanced support for Tasy system incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues reported by users.
  • Coordinate with development, services, and product teams to resolve cases.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Mentor junior support analysts when necessary.
  • Experience in Tasy systems support, preferably in a senior or specialized position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for Tasy system incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues reported by users.
  • Coordinate with development, services, and product teams to resolve raised cases.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior support analysts when necessary.

If you meet the following profile, you are the right person for the position:

1. Has experience in Tasy systems support, preferably in a senior or specialized position.

2. Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.

3. Has a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems, or a related field.

4. Is fluent in Spanish (knowledge of Portuguese and/or English will be valued).
