As a SW Release Manager & Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing software and firmware component configurations, ensuring adherence to configuration management best practices. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role also involves managing toolchains, enforcing configuration management policies, and ensuring the security of software assets. This role requires 8-10 years of experience in Scrum Master role.

Your Background:

  • Graduate or post-graduate in technical background.
  • 8-10 yrs of experience in Scrum Master.
  • Manage the configuration of software and firmware components, ensuring adherence to configuration management best practices and standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain configuration baselines, track changes, and manage version control for integrated software builds.
  • Automate build, integration, testing, and deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Utilize tools like CANoe, Trace32, and Lauterbach for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and real-time debugging of integrated software in automotive environments.
  • Ensure adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) process for software integration and build activities, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and release.
  • Collaborate with project managers, software developers, testers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and objectives, driving alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Apply knowledge of the automotive product development process, including standards like ASPICE, to guide integration and build activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage the selection, deployment, and maintenance of toolchains and development environments for software integration and build activities.
  • Define and enforce configuration management policies and procedures for integrated software builds, ensuring consistency, reliability, and traceability of software artifacts throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Establish access controls and permissions for version control repositories and configuration management tools, safeguarding the integrity and security of software assets.
