This role involves providing technical support to employees, selecting and purchasing equipment, preparing new employee equipment, maintaining equipment records, supporting the office network, and improving/automating IT department processes. Key requirements include advanced knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux, basic command-line skills (sh, bash, cmd/powershell), and a fundamental understanding of network models (OSI, TCP/IP) and protocols (DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, SSH, VPN). Strong problem identification and resolution skills are essential.
Good To Have:- Basic knowledge of Bash and/or Python
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins, AWS
