Job Description

As a UA Manager (Paid Social), you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns to maximize profit on paid social platforms, primarily Meta, while also having an understanding of platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit. You will analyze and optimize campaign performance using tools like Tableau, Appsflyer, and Excel. You will also monitor user behavior and lifetime value (LTV), derive insights from user data, and report on results, sharing insights with creative producers and product marketing managers. Additionally, you will influence and improve product marketing strategy, monitor platform trends and competitor activity, and stay updated on the latest UA strategies and technologies.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 1.5-2 years of experience in user acquisition and paid social advertising
  • Core expertise in web2web acquisition and webflows
  • Proven experience managing large budgets from $400-500k monthly
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and tactical decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • With core expertise in web2web acquisition and webflows
  • Proven experience managing large budgets from $400-500k monthly
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make tactical decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize and scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit on paid social (mostly Meta) + have an understanding of the specifics of Tik Tok, Snapchat and other media sources (Pinterest, Reddit, etc).
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of advertising campaigns using various tools such as Tableau, Appsflyer, Excel, etc.
  • Monitor user behavior and LTV and derive insights from user data, regularly report on results, and share insights with creative producers and product marketing managers.
  • Influence and improve product marketing strategy
  • Monitor platform trends, competitor activity and suggest ideas for implementation into creative strategy
  • Stay abreast of the latest UA strategies and technologies and suggest ways to improve solutions.
