This UA Manager role involves managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from launch to optimization and scaling. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance daily using a data-driven approach to achieve performance goals, conducting audience research, and researching new user acquisition channels. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends. The role demands excellent communication skills to deliver clear ideas and adapt strategies in fast-paced environments.
Must have:
  • Over 1 year of hands-on experience in user acquisition.
  • Proven track record managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat) with budgets exceeding $300K.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear ideas.
  • Analytical approach to campaign performance and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to navigate shifting priorities and adapt strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in English – B2 or higher level

  • Proficiency in English – B2 or higher level

  • Researching and evaluating new user acquisition channels to expand reach and improve ROI.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing technologies.
