Job Description
At Motorola Solutions, we are seeking a System Trainer to join our team. This role involves understanding Noggin’s products, analyzing customer learning needs, and designing, developing, and delivering effective training solutions. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining engaging product training courses, coordinating with stakeholders for timely content readiness, and collaborating with Product Managers to align training with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering training for business software applications and be eligible for Security Clearance.

- Effective level of competency in delivery of online and in-person training.
- Effective level of competency in creating eLearning and video content.
Must Have:
- Create and maintain engaging product training courses for both online and in-person delivery, including customized courses tailored to specific customer needs.
- Deliver training sessions, manage administrative tasks such as client communications and scheduling, and continuously improve training programs to ensure alignment with product content and learning outcomes.
- Proactively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely readiness of training content for product updates and new releases.
- Communicate with customers about upcoming training sessions, bookings, and feedback.
- Work closely with Product Managers to stay informed about new features and their benefits and ensure training programs align with business goals.
- Collaborate with Noggin stakeholders to maintain content quality and standards, and effectively manage multiple initiatives with various teams.
- Eligible and willing to get Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable presenting to groups.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently work on multiple active projects concurrently and work well both independently and as part of a team, meeting communicated schedules.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders levels across multiple industries.
- Experience developing and delivering training courses for business software applications.
- Experience writing instructional text.
- Experience with producing training materials as part of a product development cycle.
