Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Audit the employee reimbursement form according to the company's travel policy, and conducted Concur system processing;
• Reply to employees' consultation on travel reimbursement;
• Sort out and file reimbursement documents;
• Maintenance of employee data in Concur system;
• Tracking and processing long-aging reimbursement expenses;

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• College or above degree, major in finance, accounting or related.
• Experience in accounting role at large manufacturing enterprises is preferred; excellent fresh graduates also take into consideration
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office software;
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, quick and rigorous thinking, flexible communication and good time management skills;
• English reading and writing skill is workable.
