Job Description
- Keep tracking the main development direction information of new products and new testing technologies related to the market, and participate in laboratory business planning.
- Collect test request forecasts, research on laboratory economic analysis and business benefit evaluation, regularly summarize human resources and related equipment resources.
- According to the management system requirements in with daily laboratory work and supervise the implementation.
- According to specifications and customer requirements to plan, organize, implement and monitor the test.
- Analysis of the results of test data, test reports preparation, Review the test report.
- Master and assist in the preparation of program files.
- Assist in the implementation of training and assessment for laboratory staff.
- Improved testing methods、new methods development、Method confirmation and verification.
- Test Technology development and support.
- Identify laboratory related work risks, plan risk response measures, and use appropriate risk management methods to forming the risk management process of the laboratory.
- Responsible for supervising occupational and safety related activities and maintaining the correct implementation of management requirements by employees.
