Test Supervisor

The Test Supervisor will be responsible for tracking new product and testing technology developments, managing laboratory business planning, and overseeing daily operations. Key duties include collecting test requests, analyzing economic benefits, supervising test implementation according to specifications, analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with staff training. The role also involves improving testing methods, developing new technologies, identifying and managing laboratory risks, and ensuring occupational safety compliance.

Must Have

• Keep tracking the main development direction information of new products and new testing technologies related to the market, and participate in laboratory business planning.
• Collect test request forecasts, research on laboratory economic analysis and business benefit evaluation, regularly summarize human resources and related equipment resources.
• According to the management system requirements in with daily laboratory work and supervise the implementation.
• According to specifications and customer requirements to plan, organize, implement and monitor the test.
• Analysis of the results of test data, test reports preparation, Review the test report.
• Master and assist in the preparation of program files.
• Assist in the implementation of training and assessment for laboratory staff.
• Improved testing methods、new methods development、Method confirmation and verification.
• Test Technology development and support.
• Identify laboratory related work risks, plan risk response measures, and use appropriate risk management methods to forming the risk management process of the laboratory.
• Responsible for supervising occupational and safety related activities and maintaining the correct implementation of management requirements by employees.
