Test Engineer

This Test Engineer role involves daily laboratory management, supervising implementation, and planning, organizing, and monitoring tests according to specifications and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing test data, preparing reports, mastering program files, assisting with staff training, improving testing methods, and supporting test technology development, while ensuring safety requirements are met.

Must Have

• Manage daily laboratory work and supervise implementation.
• Plan, organize, implement, and monitor tests according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Analyze test data and prepare test reports.
• Master and assist in the preparation of program files.
• Assist in the implementation of training and assessment for laboratory staff.
• Improve testing methods, develop and validate new methods, and confirm/verify existing methods.
• Develop and support test technology.
• Implement and monitor safety requirements.

1. According to the management system requirements in with daily laboratory ork and supervise the implementation.

2. According to specifications and customer requirements to plan, organize, implement and monitor the test.

3. Analysis of the results of test data, test reports preparation.

4. Master and assist in the preparation of program files.

5. Assist in the implementation of training and assessment for laboratory staff.

6. Improved testing methods, new methods development and Validation, Method onfirmation and verification.

7. Test Technology development and support.

8. Safety requirements implementation and monitoring.
