The Role:

As a Table Games Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling the operations of table games efficiently.

Target Rate of Pay: $25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Maintain a clear line of communication at all levels of operation when appropriate
• Post daily dealing hours and toke rates
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all signed paperwork and pit documents
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints
• Assist in training staff
• Conduct employee coaching sessions
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Two years of Dealer experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Must have above-average math skills
• Must have a broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures
• Must be able to handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reaching overhead.
• Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight.
• In this position, you may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
