Job Description

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Senior Organisational Effectiveness and Organisational Change Manager to lead the design and implementation of change strategies. This role involves enhancing business performance, strengthening culture, and building organisational capability. The manager will embed change best practices, ensure effective communication, and leverage data analytics tools like OrgVue for organisational design and workforce analytics. Key responsibilities include optimising structures, partnering with leaders, and supporting M&A activities and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Must Have:
  • Lead the design and optimisation of organisational structures and target operating models to deliver strategic business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and integration teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness, and ways of working.
  • Leverage OrgVue and other data-driven approaches to analyse organisational data, model scenarios, and support workforce integration.
  • Lead the development and implementation of change management frameworks and best practices, ensuring organisational readiness.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leaders while building internal capability through training, coaching, and toolkits.
  • Translate complex transformation activities into clear, compelling communication plans and narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Support M&A activity through organisational effectiveness and workforce planning, including due diligence, organisational design, people integration, and change management strategies.
  • Support the introduction of a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) framework by defining the vision, process, governance, and key requirements.
  • Analyse data (including insights from OrgVue and other analytics tools) to create evidence-based recommendations for talent planning and capability building.
  • Partner with HR and Senior Leaders to integrate SWP into budget cycles and people plans to establish sustainable and long-term workforce plans.
  • Proven track record in senior organisational effectiveness, organisational design, or change leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading major change programmes and embedding change management best practices.
  • Significant experience managing change in Mergers & Acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger cultural alignment.
  • Advanced capability with OrgVue.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging narratives.
  • Previous experience in working with a formal approach to Strategic Workforce Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and work across complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Ability to balance quick wins and agility with long term strategy.

The Senior Organisational Effectiveness and Organisational Change Manager will lead the design and implementation of organisational change strategies that enhance business performance, strengthen culture, and build organisational capability. This role will be responsible for embedding change best practice, ensuring change programmes are underpinned by effective communication and engagement strategies. You will leverage OrgVue and other analytics to drive data-led organisational design and workforce analytics.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Lead the design and optimisation of organisational structures and target operating models to deliver strategic business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and integration teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness, and ways of working, while ensuring cultural and operational alignment.
  • Leverage OrgVue and other data-driven approaches to analyse organisational data, model scenarios, and support workforce integration, role harmonisation, and capability mapping ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and monitoring transformation progress.
  • Lead the development and implementation of change management frameworks and best practices, ensuring organisational readiness by aligning people, processes, and technology.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leaders while building internal capability through training, coaching, and toolkits, and execute integrated communication plans to drive clarity, transparency, and engagement at all levels.
  • Translate complex transformation activities into clear, compelling communication plans and narratives tailored to diverse audiences, and adjust strategies based on impact.
  • Support M&A activity through organisational effectiveness and workforce planning, including due diligence, organisational design, people integration, and change management strategies.
  • Support the introduction of a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) framework by defining the vision, process, governance, and key requirements for effective implementation.
  • Analyse data (including insights from OrgVue and other analytics tools) to create evidence-based recommendations for talent planning and capability building.
  • Partner with HR and Senior Leaders to integrate SWP into budget cycles and people plans to establish sustainable and long-term workforce plans that consider the right size, shape, cost and agility for the future.
