Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner at NiCE is responsible for comprehensive recruiting duties, partnering with management to hire for various departments like Professional Services, DevOps, Marketing, and Software Engineering. This role involves overseeing the new hire process, managing job postings, prescreening candidates, and coordinating interviews. The partner will also manage the Greenhouse ATS to ensure candidate tracking and maintain a positive candidate experience from initial contact to final interaction. The role requires strategic thinking to optimize recruiting effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
Must have:

  • Review job postings, verify budget, and obtain approval.
  • Prescreen candidates and manage the interview process.
  • Manage the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
  • Manage the candidate experience professionally.
  • Oversee the job requisition process including validation and approvals.
  • Perform recruiting functions: writing ads, determining strategies, mining, prescreening, presenting candidates.
  • Strategize best practices for reducing time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Conduct reference checks as needed.
  • Assure completion of pre-hire and new hire paperwork.
  • Manage online and regional job boards.
  • Continually develop new recruiting and sourcing methods.
  • Ensure recruiting process compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Follow company Code of Ethics and policies.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally.

So, what’s the role all about?

The Talent Acquisition Partner works with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, other Talent Acquisition Partners and performs recruiting duties for NiCE. Some primary job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner effectively with management in the hiring of Professional Services, DevOps, Marketing, Software Engineering and other positions as assigned.
  • Overseeing the new hire process.
  • Posting on the company career site and job requisitions.
  • Reviewing job postings, budget verification and approval.
  • Prescreens candidates.
  • Manages the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Manages the Greenhouse applicant tracking system assuring all candidates are tracked in the ATS.
  • Manages the candidate experience from first impression to final interaction, always projecting NiCE in a professional and positive manner.
  • Work schedule: 4:00pm - 1:00am, Monday thru Friday

How will you make an impact?

  • Oversees the job requisition process including validation of job description prior to posting and hiring, budget and approvals from appropriate stakeholders.
  • Performs the recruiting function including but not limited to: writing effective advertisements, determining best recruiting strategies for ad placement, working with hiring managers to determine appropriate skill set, mining and prescreening candidates and presenting vetted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Strategizes best practice methods for reducing days to present qualified candidates, minimizing cost per hire while maximizing recruiting effectiveness. Partnering with outside agency recruiters should be an exception and not part of the normal hiring process.
  • Conducts reference checks as needed.
  • Assures that all pre-hire and new hire paperwork is completed including background checks and drug screens.
  • Manages online and regional job boards and updates job campaigns frequently.
  • Continually develops new recruiting and sourcing methods for acquiring qualified candidates.
  • Prescreens and interviews candidates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and hiring teams as appropriate.
  • Ensures recruiting process is in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and NiCE policies and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of NiCE.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years proven successful recruiting experience at all job levels and types.
  • 3+ years experience implementing and maintaining applicant tracking software.
  • Successful experience working in a service-driven culture.
  • Previous experience training managers in hiring process including interviewing.
  • Intermediate Excel and MS Word skills.
  • Intermediate experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic and proactive personality.
