As a UX/UI Designer, you will focus on the user design and experience throughout the product so that it is easy to use, intuitive, and aligns with our company vision of creating a best-in-class knowledge experience for our users. Researching, analyzing, and understanding user behavior is key to creating amazing user experiences. Therefore, UX/UI design, development, and on-time delivery management are essential to this role. Hands-on design work, including but not limited to: user research, creating wireframes, creating prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. . This is a special opportunity to be part of the team that is defining and driving the cutting edge of the Cxone Expert user experience. You will help define and mature the core products and your work will be highly visible and improve the daily lives of our customers.

How will you make an impact?
- Understand business objectives and result-oriented outcomes with a team-oriented approach; guide projects through iterations with expectations that people will have an opinion - solicited and unsolicited
- Design, maintain, and be a steward to the Cxone Expert brand and company vision: product style guide, icon libraries, mock-ups & wireframes, product imagery/graphics, (re)usable design assets, living documentation with working examples of UI implementations of UX patterns, UX/UI roadmap and design language & process
- Create, develop, and update high-quality user-centered design concepts
- Create designs that work simply, elegantly, intuitively and engage users
- Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other designers and team members and provide guidance and review of concept generation and product design projects
- Develop interactive prototypes for user/usability testing and rapid iteration, participate and make adjustments to features from usability testing results
- Define and create user task and interaction workflows
- Define, gather, and refine the user experience of features and products to achieve company goals and in collaboration with product owners/engineers, including identify and troubleshoot UX problems and make improvements based on user feedback
- Identify user research needs and coordinate studies based on need, research and analyze user behavior and experience in the product
- Run beta and usability testing and validation of features
- Write user stories based on designs and user requirements
- Identify user experience improvement opportunities, with an emphasis on usability and customer adoption, and present ideas to stakeholders
Have you got what it takes?
- Minimum 3+ years of UX/UI Design experience
- Experience with “Vibe” design tools like Figma Make
- Strong knowledge and understanding of industry UX patterns and best practices
- Experience with SaaS products
- Passion, experience and talent for user-centered interaction design
- Portfolio that demonstrates outstanding proficiency in web and native mobile application interaction design, including iOS and Android platforms
- Knowledge of web performance best practices and the design and interaction patterns that support them
- Knowledge of Accessibility standards following A11y and WCAG 2.0/2.1 best practices.
- Knowledge and experience with the software design processes, UI design patterns, user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies, including information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, interaction flows and user research
- Demonstrated proficiency with web and native mobile application design and prototyping
- Agile development process knowledge
