Voodoo's Growth team seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, engaging candidates, managing pipelines, partnering with hiring managers on strategy, and improving processes. The role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment, experience in fast-paced environments, and strong analytical and organizational skills. The successful candidate will build strong business partnerships, cultivate employee referrals, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role focuses on hiring for Voodoo's Growth team, a cross-functional entity maximizing the potential of mobile products through user acquisition, creative content, monetization, and tech capabilities.

As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Talent Acquisition teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.
You will work hand in hand with our Growth team, which is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).
You will be working on fun and highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high-performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills by hiring A-Players all around the world.
Role
- Drives full-cycle recruiting for the Growth Team, proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions
- Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with proven knowledge of the talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
- Cultivates employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
- Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
- Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
- Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
