About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Operations Administrator to oversee and manage our Talent Operations initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our recruitment processes, systems, and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of talent acquisition operations.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with the development and implementation of talent operations strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead and contribute to various talent acquisition projects from conception to execution, managing timelines and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with regional talent teams and the People Systems team to optimize recruitment workflows and technology resources.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within talent operations.
- Leverage technology and analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
