Role Overview:
As a City Growth Executive (or Regional Growth Associate), you will be responsible for making Paytm the Top of Mind Recall (TOMR) in your city. This includes driving user acquisition, building brand awareness, and ensuring Paytm becomes the preferred payment app in your city. You will execute offline user acquisition, digital marketing, local brand-building, engagement in colleges/corporates, and influencer marketing strategies to establish Paytm as the payments app in your city.

Key Responsibilities:
User Acquisition & Growth:
- Drive Paytm app downloads and active users by executing local campaigns and initiatives.
- Execute offline user acquisition strategies (e.g., campus & corporate activations, street promotions) and digital marketing campaigns.
Top of Mind Recall (TOMR):
- Ensure Paytm becomes the first choice for mobile payments in your city.
- Build local brand visibility through creative, region-specific campaigns.
Local Marketing & Brand Visibility:
- Organize and execute local events, festivals, and community activations to increase Paytm’s reach and engagement.
Influencer Marketing:
- Collaborate with local macro and micro-influencers to enhance Paytm’s brand presence in your city.
- Create authentic, engaging campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Execute strategies to engage users, ensuring they remain active on the platform.
- Promote referral incentives, loyalty programs, and other initiatives to encourage consistent usage.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key metrics such as app downloads, active users, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights from data to continuously optimize acquisition strategies and improve campaign performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in offline user acquisition, local brand-building, and influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of growing user bases, executing successful digital campaigns, and driving local marketing efforts.
