Your Mission as Team Lead Software Application Development:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 12 software engineers and architects for the development of safety-critical systems for civilian and military applications
• Responsibility for the technical development of the team and for efficient resource utilization in projects
• Ensuring high-quality work results by adhering to defined processes, tools, and quality standards
• Close cross-functional collaboration with project managers, executives, and other team leads in a matrix structure
• Operational support for technical solution finding and taking on technical engineering management tasks in projects

What we look forward to:

• Completed studies in information technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical degree program
• Sound experience in the development and validation of safety-critical software, ideally with knowledge of Java, C, or C++
• Practical experience with embedded systems and common development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, GitLab, Jira, Confluence)
• Leadership experience or potential in leading technical teams as well as in mentoring and coaching employees
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
