Job Description
The Tech Manager will serve as a technical subject matter expert for the internal team, focusing on system functionality, operational issues, and performance initiatives. This role involves leveraging existing knowledge, building team skills through formal and informal training sessions, and creating and maintaining knowledge repositories for lessons learned and developments within relevant domains.
Must have:
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for the internal team on areas such as system functionality and approach including solving systems operations issues, performance initiatives.
- Build team skills using formal and/or informal training sessions.
- Create and maintain knowledge repositories for lessons learnt and developments in the respective domains.
