Job Description

SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join their expanding team. The role involves supporting and managing client integrations for the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing operations. Key responsibilities include acting as the first line of technical support, analyzing client requirements for the development team, monitoring technical infrastructure for stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders to manage feature requests and issues is crucial. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of API communication, log file analysis, HTML, CSS, web performance, SEO principles, and basic Quality Assurance practices.
Good To Have:
  • B2 level Russian
  • iGaming/Sportsbook industry experience
  • Browser DevTools for troubleshooting
Must Have:
  • B2 level English
  • B2/C1 level Portuguese
  • Understanding of API communication

Purpose of the role:

  • You’ll support and manage client integrations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing operation across the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform.
  • Your work will impact client satisfaction and system stability by proactively identifying issues, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process and resolve client queries, acting as the first line of technical support
  • Analyse client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team
  • Maintain and monitor the technical infrastructure to ensure stability and uptime
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complete, fully functional products to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to track and manage feature requests or issues

Requirements:

  • B2 level in English, B2/C1 level in Portuguese
  • Solid understanding of API communication and reading log files
  • Good command of HTML, CSS, and knowledge of web performance and SEO principles
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and Figma
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Russian at B2 level 
  • Experience or knowledge of the iGaming/Sportsbook industry
  • Confident use of browser DevTools for troubleshooting and diagnostics
