As a Technical Compliance Process Officer at Betsson Group, you will support technical compliance activities, working closely with Product Development, Engineering, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining a technical compliance process roadmap, drafting and reviewing policies, preparing test plans, identifying process inefficiencies, coordinating with internal teams, supporting continuous monitoring, contributing to audits, maintaining knowledge of regulations, and supporting training initiatives. This role offers valuable cross-functional exposure and growth opportunities within a dynamic and innovative team.
Must have:
  • 1 year of technical compliance experience in internet gambling.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, and PCI DSS (desirable).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).

As part of our Compliance team, you'll support technical compliance activities, working closely with Product Development, Engineering, and external stakeholders. This role offers valuable cross-functional exposure and growth opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Technical Compliance, you will help implement compliance processes, draft policies, support testing, and improve procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a technical compliance process roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, and SOPs related to technical compliance.
  • Prepare test plans and documentation for compliance activities.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of continuous monitoring mechanisms to track compliance performance.
  • Contribute to audits and compliance assessments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Support training and awareness initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical compliance within the internet gambling sector.
  • Familiarity with standards like ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, PCI DSS (desirable).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Eager to learn and grow in technical compliance.
  • Team player with collaborative mindset.
