Technical Data Analyst/Engineer, WW Sales BPR
- Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality or similar role, driving large scale complex business process/technology transformation initiatives and handling large-scale data systems.
- Expert-level SQL programming skills with experience in relational databases, and expertise in data visualization and BI tools like Tableau, Business Objects, and ThoughtSpot required
- Strong business analysis skills, including gathering and documenting data requirements, understanding business needs and trade-offs, conducting interviews and workshops, harmonizing requirements, proposing solutions, and analyzing source systems, data profiling, and KPI definitions.
- Experience profiling data to assess current state against business needs and identifying criteria to evaluate exceptions
- Experience in maintaining data definitions, data quality rules, data lineage, and data dictionary.
- Experience in data governance and data quality improvement, including working with tools like Informatica and Collibra; and master data management workflows
- Proven experience handling complex data projects, collaborating with global teams, and delivering engaging presentations to partners at all levels.
- Development experience in at least one object oriented language (Python, Java, etc).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong dedication to execution and accountability for the overall success of the program.
- Solid understanding of data architecture concepts and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of API design and development.
- Master’s degree preferred
