This role will serve as the single point of accountability, aligning readiness across hardware, software, and product to ensure successful and timely launches. The position requires a track record of leading complex, high-visibility programs with tight deadlines, combined with a strong technical foundation in product-level integration/coordination across hardware and software components. Responsibilities include coordinating execution, enabling data-driven decision-making, managing risks, improving processes, and acting as a technical liaison and communication lead.
Must have:

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead product execution for projects within the AI BU. This role will serve as the single point of accountability, aligning readiness across hardware, software, and product to ensure successful and timely launches. The position requires a track record of leading complex, high-visibility programs with tight deadlines, combined with a strong technical foundation in product-level integration/coordination across hardware and software components.

Responsibilities included but not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the central point of coordination and execution leadership, ensuring timely, predictable delivery across all product milestones.
  • Enable transparent, data-driven decision-making by providing leadership with clear insights into execution health, feature trade-offs, risks, and investment impact.
  • Drive transparency and execution predictability, managing prioritization across engineering and business teams while balancing competing needs.
  • Proactively manage program risks, blockers, and delays, surfacing issues early with actionable context to support timely resolution and informed strategic choices.
  • Improve team processes for better execution across planning, execution, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain robust documentation to track relevant technical documentation, discussions, and status updates.
  • Act as technical liaison with external third parties, where applicable, representing both technical and non-technical stakeholders in these discussions.
  • Act as the communication lead, ensuring accurate and timely status updates are available to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 4 or more years of experience, or a PhD with 2 or more years of experience in one of the following fields: Engineering, Computer Science, or any other STEM-related discipline.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or product execution leadership.

$148,500.00-$209,640.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
