Strong communication skills are essential for synthesizing complex issues into clear points, tailoring communication to the appropriate audience, writing clearly, and delivering effective presentations, and running difficult meetings. A strong technical depth is required to understand technical solutions relevant to the work, and to engage directly in technical proposals.
