Join Nasdaq's Product Support Team as a Customer Support/Operations Analyst for the Calypso product. This role involves providing daily support to new and existing customers, handling billing inquiries, service requests, and complaints. You will fix client issues with Calypso's system and network, reproduce and document problems, and collaborate with Engineering for permanent solutions. Responsibilities also include checking logs, improving performance, solving speed issues, working with Business Analysts to fix bugs, writing test programs, assisting with API issues, and updating knowledge base articles to ensure excellent customer relations and effective problem resolution.
Must have:
  • Provide daily support and fix client issues with Calypso's system and network.
  • Reproduce problems, document them, suggest fixes, and give detailed info to Engineering for permanent solutions.
  • Check logs, improve performance, and solve speed issues.
  • Work with Business Analysts to find and fix bugs; write test programs to mimic client problems.
  • Help clients with API issues and update knowledge base articles with common questions and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.

About the Team:

We invite you to join our Product Support Team as a Customer Support/Operations Analyst for the Calypso product. We provide new and existing customers with the best possible service for billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints. We handle customer services related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. We ensure good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, in accordance with consumer laws. We develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and create improvement plans based on customer surveys.

What You Will Do:

  • Fix client issues with Nasdaq FinTech product Calypso's system, network, and other parts; provide daily support.
  • Reproduce problems, document them, suggest fixes, and give detailed info to Engineering for permanent solutions.
  • Check logs, improve performance, and solve speed issues.
  • Work with Business Analysts to find and fix bugs; write test programs to mimic client problems.
  • Help clients with API issues and update knowledge base articles with common questions and solutions.

  • Educational Background: Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java
  • Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills.
