Job Description

Join Bragg’s Production Release and Delivery Team as a Technical Support Specialist. This hybrid role in Ljubljana involves managing the end-to-end release process of various products in a fast-paced international environment. You will coordinate across teams, prepare configurations, handle scheduling, and provide hands-on support to ensure seamless product delivery, focusing on problem-solving and process improvement.
Must have:
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product releases and upgrades.
  • Manage product configurations and support system updates across test and production environments.
  • Prepare and track JIRA tasks, ensuring all release activities follow established procedures.
  • Plan and schedule release cycles on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Execute testing and troubleshooting of products, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruption.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Change Management and audit purposes.
  • Archive records and prepare structured reports to support business needs.
  • Continuously optimize internal release and configuration processes for greater efficiency.
  • Provide proactive support and technical assistance to teams across the organization.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience in IT and/or the iGaming industry.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Logstash.
