Fulfilling the role of Technology Team Lead in the Strategy, Systems & Performance Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology-driven solutions that will support a safe, secure, and mentally healthy organizational culture. You are responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital and operational platforms that align with our T30 Strategy. Your unique technical expertise will help you to drive focused initiatives that will not only facilitate enhanced workplace productivity but also improve health and safety performance.
Your leadership is grounded in advanced interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaboration, allowing you to work effectively with stakeholders across technology, and various business areas such HR, and Safety, Security, and Wellbeing. Through your dedication to innovation and health and safety, you will make sure the organization and its people thrive in a constantly evolving digital landscape.
