Test Engineer

The Test Engineer will analyze, develop, design, and maintain factory test scripts for the organization’s products and systems. This role involves performing system integration of software and hardware to ensure throughput and program consistency, as well as developing, validating, and testing structures and user documentation. The engineer will also plan and schedule test requirement implementation and provide test system support at various EMS sites, both local and overseas.

Must Have

• Reside in Guadalajara
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing test process for board and full product
• Test station, equipment and fixture debugging skill
• Knowledge of DFT Design Rules for test related process
• Familiarity with test station and fixture wiring diagram
• Excellent communication, organization, reporting and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with high level of initiative and energy
• Willingness for domestic and international travel (when applicable)

Good to Have

• Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Familiarity with NI TestStand & LabVIEW software
• Familiarity with RF fundamental knowledge
• Familiarity with statistical tool such as Minitab

Basic Requirements

• Candidate must reside in Guadalajara
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Candidate with Master's Degree will have an added advantage.

Candidate must possess below experience and knowledge :

• Manufacturing test process for board and full product
• Test station, equipment and fixture debugging skill
