We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join our global People Team and lead the development and execution of a holistic global performance and rewards strategy across all Rovio locations. In this role you will design, deliver and communicate Rovio’s reward and performance programs and be responsible for its daily implementation and maintenance.

You will collaborate closely with our compensation benchmarking partners, external consultants, and our parent company, Sega, to align and further develop our rewards strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and interacting with the Leadership team you will act as an expert in the compensation and reward matters.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

    • Leading the implementation of compensation and benefits programs that align with company performance and strategic objectives
    • Managing global reward programs, focusing on daily operational excellence and compliance
    • Collaborating with the People and Finance teams to develop processes that leverage either internal or external resources to manage daily operational tasks, moving to gradual automation 
    • Designing and preparing communication and execution of reward programs across the organisation
    • Driving data analysis activities to monitor the effectiveness of existing rewards programs and conducting market trend analyses and benchmarking 
    • Advising Rovio’s leadership on pay-related matters in critical decisions

Experience and skills we are looking for:

    • Extensive experience in managing reward programs, preferably within a multinational company
    • A good understanding of global compensation trends and practices and experience working with data on common salary benchmarking platforms like Radford or Mercer to maintain competitive salary bands
    • A strong operational focus with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and an ability to seamlessly alternate between the strategic and operational aspects of the role
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and create impact at all levels of the organisation, working with a variety of stakeholders
    • Strong communication and presentation skills and proficiency in English
