Job Description
The responsibilities include developing advanced sensing algorithms for future Apple products. This involves algorithm prototyping, performance bounding and validation, and assessing algorithm sensor hardware and performance requirements. The role entails designing new sensing algorithm architectures using analytical modeling and ML methods to characterize and validate system performance. Collaboration with Electrical Engineering and Firmware teams is crucial for creating state-of-the-art sensor solutions. Negotiation of cross-functional requirements to ensure module performance is a key aspect of the role.
