This Spring 2026 Trainee position is from the January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 to June 26th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. IT Compliance Enablement group ensures that we have the most cost optimal, fit for purpose, simplified portfolio of applications and platforms across SPE that are well aligned to business goals while being compliant with Sony and regulatory requirements.
Note this position will assist IT compliance enablement team in supporting SAP GRC Access Control related compliance processes and controls in addition to helping improve current IT general controls (ITGCs) posture across multiple portfolios and POAs. Trainee will assist with control walkthroughs, gathering audit evidence, completing compliance and governance gap analysis, assist IT owners with SOX and non-SOX control management and training with ultimate goal of helping IT owners be successful in implementation and management of systems to avoid audit deficiencies while also reducing operational and financial risk.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $32/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
