Job Description

In transfer pricing, customs and international trade, you will guide clients on cross-border transactions, helping businesses navigate customs regulations, optimize duty management, and ensure compliance with international trade laws. You’ll support clients in structuring global supply chains, mitigating import/export risks, and resolving customs disputes. Your primary focus will be on delivering strategic insights and practical solutions in customs valuation, tariff classification, and trade facilitation. You are a curious, reliable team member, adapting to various clients and challenges, taking ownership, and delivering quality work.
Must have:
  • Manage day-to-day client engagements across multiple projects.
  • Define scopes, set workplans, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical customs and trade advice backed by solid analysis.
  • Act as the primary client contact and build trusted relationships.
  • Lead duty savings and compliance improvement initiatives.
  • Support clients during audits and government inquiries.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into client actions.
  • Coordinate cross-border trade projects with global teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to build team capabilities.
  • Contribute to internal tools, proposals, and practice development.
  • Strong background in customs and international trade compliance.
  • Recognized certifications (e.g., CCS, CTCS) or relevant education.
  • Solid understanding of customs laws, trade agreements, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver client results.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and regulations.
  • Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring teams and supporting talent development.
  • Passion for taking a technology first, initiative, and a collaborative approach to problem solving.

  • Fluency in French is an asset (outside Quebec).

Job Details

In transfer pricing, customs and international trade, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on cross-border transaction matters. Your work will focus on helping businesses navigate customs regulations, optimize duty management, and ensure compliance with international trade laws. You’ll support clients in structuring their global supply chains efficiently, mitigating risks related to import/export activities, and resolving customs-related disputes. While transfer pricing may intersect with your work, your primary focus will be on delivering strategic insights and practical solutions in the areas of customs valuation, tariff classification, and trade facilitation.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Transfer Pricing Customs Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Manage day-to-day client engagements across multiple projects

Experience and skills you’ll use to solve

  • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

BC Region Pay Range Information

The salary range* for this position is $ 115.500,00 - 153.900,00 - 192.400,00 CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region.
