We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in financial services process improvement and transformation, ideally within Transfer Agency operations. This highly visible role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and present complex process information. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Program Managers and other Project Managers on multiple process improvement initiatives, leading and managing several initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, documenting process flows and business requirements, developing training and organizational materials, updating procedures, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies throughout implementation.
Must have:
  • 1–3 years of project management experience
  • 1–3 years of experience within transfer agency or investor services
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze and present complex process information
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills
  • Experience preparing business requirements, training materials, test plans, and implementation documentation
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management tools and documentation
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 25% to 50% as required

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in financial services process improvement and transformation, ideally within Transfer Agency operations. This highly visible role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and present complex process information.

The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Program Managers and other Project Managers on multiple process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, documenting process flows and business requirements, developing training and organizational materials, updating procedures, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies throughout implementation.

The ideal candidate will have expert project management skills to drive operational changes across people, processes, and technology. This role may require 25% to 50% domestic travel within the US.

What You Will Get to Do:

  • Lead and manage several initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Support development of project artifacts such as project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, RAID logs, RACI matrices, governance models, process flows, business requirements, and status reports.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to prepare documentation and communications necessary to drive change.
  • Prepare business requirements, implementation plans, procedures, training materials, test plans, and oversee testing efforts and the successful adoption of new processes.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders within Transfer Agency as well as peripheral teams such as Compliance, Continuity, Client Management, Human Resources, and IT.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and changes as they arise, escalating when necessary and seeking/driving solutions to obstacles.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and status updates.
  • Monitor project progress, track performance, and adjust plans as needed to meet program deliverables.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with the Program Manager to prepare project status reports, lead status update meetings, and evaluate project performance post-completion, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.

Colorado: Salary range for the position: $45,000 USD to $105,000 USD.
