About the Role
We’re looking for a UI Designer with a strong foundation in turning UX insights into high-quality interface designs that align with our design system. You’ll play a central role in shaping the user experience across a suite of applications, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touch points.
Role Responsibilities
Skill level: You have the ability to design and deliver output and artefacts suitable for enterprise-scale applications.
Design Implementation: Translate UX findings and wireframes into polished UI designs using Figma, following our established design system.
Design System Ownership: Take responsibility for maintaining and evolving our design system to meet product and user needs.
Component Library Collaboration: Work closely with UI developers to maintain and grow a shared component library, ensuring design-to-code alignment.
Design Governance: Act as a guardian of visual consistency across our full application suite, ensuring all products adhere to a cohesive design language.
Cross-Functional Work: Navigate a complex, fast-paced organisation with many stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and UX designers to bring designs to life.

Experience , Skills and Qualification :
Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design, preferably in large or enterprise-scale product environments.
A strong team player who also works proactively and independently when needed, confidently taking ownership and leadership within your area of expertise.
Very proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Expert-level skills in Figma.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with design systems.
Proven collaboration with front-end developers on component libraries and implementation.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
In-depth knowledge of Bootstrap and/or Foundation
Working knowledge of SCSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript, and HTML.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience working in complex, volatile environments with changing priorities.
You are not afraid to do user-research.
