Ultrasound Sales Leader (Head of US Sales Team in Japan)

Job Description

The US Japan Sales Leader will lead the national ultrasound diagnostic equipment sales team in Japan, engaging in negotiations with doctors, nurses, and technicians at large hospitals, including university hospitals, core hospitals, and national centers, aiming to contribute to improving the quality of medical care in Japan. We are looking for a leader who can work with the field sales team to further expand the sales of our high-quality products, which hold a top-class global share, in the Japanese market.

Experience/Skills

• Sales experience in ultrasound diagnostic equipment and experience leading a sales team
• (Preferable: management experience as a manager)
• Valid driver's license required

Language

• English: Business beginner level
• Japanese: Native level

Application Requirements

• Contract Period: No fixed term
• Probationary Period: Yes (generally 6 months from the date of joining)
• Working Location: Tokyo (Azabudai Head Office)
• Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower 15F, 1-3-1 Azabudai, Minato-ku, Tokyo
• Scope of change: All company locations. Possibility of transfer to any company location due to reassignment.
• Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, Break time: Generally 12:00-13:00
• Holidays: Every Saturday (scheduled holiday) / Sunday (legal holiday), National holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)
• Leave: Annual paid leave: up to 20 days in the first year (20 days from 2nd to 5th year / 25 days from 6th year onwards), Care Leave (10 days per year), Sick Leave (up to 30 days per year), etc.
• Overtime Work:
• Salary: Annual income 11.5 to 18 million yen (including 30% bonus/incentive)

• *For those joining mid-year, daily pro-rata calculation applies for the eligible period*
