Job Description

This role focuses on significantly increasing professional recommendations for the Philips Sonicare brand in the Greater China Oral Healthcare market. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing professional marketing strategies, localizing global content, defining product portfolios, and managing the marketing budget. The manager will also build a network of Key Opinion Leaders, lead professional engagement events, and train the sales force. Success is measured by brand recommendation, channel growth, and market share delivery, requiring strong leadership, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must have:
  • Develop and roll out PH GCR OHC Professional Strategy to drive Philips Sonicare brand recommendation.
  • Ensure professional marketing is embedded in overall PH GC OHC strategy and aligned with E2E brand/marketing approach.
  • Localize global claims & content for relevancy, flag gaps, and discuss content roadmap with BU.
  • Define local professional product portfolio with Business Category Leaders.
  • Manage the AnP professional marketing budget.
  • Create and maintain a locally relevant network of Key Opinion Leaders for brand awareness and promotion.
  • Lead events to engage professional target audience, localize/publish clinical evidence, and provide input for clinical roadmap.
  • Lead training for local professional sales force to ensure effectiveness and latest clinical evidence.
  • Work with key commercial functions to drive top- and bottom line and market share in the professional channel.

Your role: to significantly grow recommendation among DPs with superior story and content

Key job to be done:

  • Developing and rolling out the PH GCR OHC Professional Strategy in collaboration with the BU to drive professional recommendation of the Philips Sonicare brand (MOR)
  • Ensure professional marketing is fully embedded in the overall PH GC OHC strategy and alignment of E2E brand- and marketing approach between local consumer- and professional marketing campaigns.
  • Localize global claims & content to ensure local relevancy. Flag gaps in content and have ongoing conversation with BU about content roadmap and GC relevancy.
  • Defining local professional product portfolio in collaboration with Business Category Leaders.
  • Accountable for managing the AnP professional marketing budget
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a locally relevant network of Key Opinion Leaders to stimulate brand awareness and -promotion amongst relevant professionals
  • Leads events to engage with the professional target audience. Leads localization and publication in relevant media of clinical evidence as developed by Business; provides input into Business clinical roadmap to guarantee local relevance
  • Takes lead in training local professional sales force ensuring sales force effectiveness and equipment with latest clinical evidence
  • Works with key commercial functions to drive top- and bottom line and market share delivery in the professional channel as per plan

  • CSG in professional channel
  • IGM / price realization
  • Integrated (consumer/professional) NPS

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with preference given to medical or dentistry
  • Familiar with the dental industry
  • Breadth of commercial and customer facing experience
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations
  • Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, next to influencing skills and natural authority
  • Leadership and enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in E2E organization.
