Job Description

As a Unity Developer at GamePoint, you will be responsible for scripting UI elements, fixing bugs, and building new functionalities. You will work closely with product owners and architects, implement features independently, and contribute to improvements, ensuring the game wiki is updated and collaborating with the team to maintain progress.
Must have:
  • Work closely with product owners and architects to build features, services and related workflows.
  • Implement new functionality in the game and tools independently.
  • Fix bugs and implement features in existing code.
  • Build and check your work.
  • Take a proactive part in improvements and tuning of existing solutions.
  • Gather final results demonstration and fill our game wiki.
  • Work closely with the team to keep pace and progress.
  • Experience with working in C#.
  • Knowledge of at least a couple of standard algorithms.
  • Knowledge of at least a couple of standard programming patterns.
  • Experience launching Unity and achieving expected results.
  • Base English skills and willingness to visit English lessons.
Good to have:
  • Experience working with Confluence, JIRA, git, Slack.
  • Desire to find the best solutions.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop.
  • Experience in Unity key features: Nested prefabs, AssetBundles, Sprite Atlases, Animations, Particles, TextMeshPro.

Position Summary

As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for taking prefabs from designers and writing scripts to make windows, buttons, and labels work. You will also be responsible for fixing old and new bugs and building and checking what you have done.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product owners and architects to build features, services and related workflows in a cross-unit multicultural environment
  • Work independently to implement new functionality in the game and tools
  • Work on other programmers' code, fixing bugs and implementing features
  • Build & check what you’ve done.
  • Take a proactive part in improvements and tuning of existing solutions
  • Gather final results demonstration and fill our game wiki.
  • Work closely with the team to keep pace and progress.

Who you are:

  • Experience with working in C#.
  • You know at least a couple of standard algorithms.
  • You know at least a couple of standard programming patterns.
  • You launched Unity and achieved some expected results there.
  • You don’t argue when people ask you to improve what you’ve done.
  • You have some base English skills and are willing to visit English lessons.
  • Responsible, open-minded, good team player

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with Confluence, JIRA, git, Slack
  • Desire to find the best solutions.
  • Have you ever opened Photoshop?
